| 摘 要： | 我国水资源供需矛盾十分尖锐，为遵循可持续发展的原则，在区域水资源开发利用的过程中正确评价其综合利用现状，将对区域的人口发展、社会经济和环境保护具有极为重要的作用。笔者拟用基于熵的投影决策法对云南省8个地区水资源开发利用现状进行综合评价。研究表明，该方法的评价结果是合理的，与以往同类评价方法相比，有着更为客观，计算简便等优点。

| Abstract: | Considering the fact that China is a country in serious shortage of water resources and for the sustainable development of the economy, the right evaluation of the comprehensive utilization of water resources in the course of its regional exploitation is very important to the regional population development, social and economical development and environmental protection. A comprehensive evaluation is made by way of entropy-based projection on the exploitation and utilization of water resources in 8 regions of Yunnan province, and the results shows a reasonable evaluation which is more objective and simpler in calculation when compared with other similar evaluation methods. |
