摘    要:研究了以钢纤维、钢屑、石墨、碳纤维作为导电相制备导电混凝土的导电性和力学性能,结果表明,掺加钢纤维、钢屑对改善混凝土的导电性效果不明显,且导电稳定性差,但掺加钢纤维混凝土具有较好的抗折性能;石墨对降低混凝土的电阻率有一定效果,但石墨混凝土电阻率随养护龄期增加稳定性较差;掺加适量碳纤维不仅使混凝土具有较好的导电性能,而且抗折性能也明显优于普通混凝土,表明碳纤维混凝土具有良好的工程应用前景。

Abstract:The conductive behavior and mechanical performance of concrete with different conductive phases are studied in this paper. The results show that the conductive behavior of concrete can not be improved obviously by adding steel fiber and steel scraps in concrete, but the concrete with steel fiber gets good bending strength. Adding graphite in concrete can depress the resistivity while enhance the conductive performance of concrete ef- fectively, but the stability of resistivity of concrete is poor with age increases. A great conductive behavior and competitive bending strength of concrete can be achieved by adding carbon fiber of appropriate volume ratio. It is indicated that the carbon fiber concrete has good prospects for engineering applications.
