| Abstract: | This paper presents the current situation of the power system communication network management and forecasts the development trend of telecommunications network management at home and abroad. The paper also gives an introduction to the application of the communication centralized supervision and control system of the Manwan Power Plant and makes a proposal of how to realize TMN transition of the power system communication network management in the future. |
