糯扎渡水电站地下工程喷混凝土加掺料配合比设计

摘    要:YSH5+5掺合料由50%低活性材料(石灰石粉)和50%人造火山灰(水淬铁矿渣)组成,简称双掺料。通过室内配合比设计,在糯扎渡水电站左岸导流隧洞工程和引水发电系统工程C20、C25湿喷混凝土中成功使用。工程取得了较好的效果并在一定程度上节约了湿喷混凝土混合料的成本。

Abstract:The YSH5 + 5 admixture is composed of 50% low-active material(lime powder) and 50% artificial volcanic ash(water-hardened iron slag),which is called double admixture for short.The admixture has been applied to C20 and C25 shotcrete of both the left bank diversion tunnel and the power tunnel of the Nuozhadu hydropower project successfully after design of its mix proportion in laboratory.The project has achieved success and reduced the cost of using mixed materials of wet shotcrete to a certain extent.
