多沙河流水库汛限水位动态控制运用与水库排沙问题研究

摘    要:柳河是我国北方地区最为严重的多沙河流,通过对柳河多年水文泥沙特性和库区冲淤特性以及水库壅水排沙特性的分析与研究,提出了基于洪水预报和暴雨径流预报的汛限水位动态控制运用方案,有效地解决了水库蓄水与排沙问题,为洪水资源安全利用提供了技术保障,同时也对水库汛限水位动态控制运用进行了效益分析和风险分析.

Abstract:Liuhe river is a serious sediment-laden river. By analysing annual hydrologic characteristics of Liuhe river, researching alluvial characteristics of reservoir area and reservoir surge water sediment discharging capacity, this paper puts forward to flood limiting water level dynamic controlling operation scheme basing on forecast about flood and rainstorm runoff. It solves the problems of reservoir water storage and sediment discharging in effect. It provides technology guarantee for flood resource safety using. In the meantime, it does benefit and risk analysis for reservoir flood limiting water level dynamic controlling operation.
