| Abstract: | As one of the provinces with serious water shortage, Hebei is the place with highest groundwater exploitation and utilization in China, which leads to a series of environmental and social problems. This paper will give a detailed analysis of the problems and put forward the measures from the modern water resources management point of view. It will help the sustainable development of water resources in Hebei Province. |
