南水北调中线工程土工合成材料摩擦特性试验分析

摘    要:南水北调中线工程渠道衬砌结构由混凝土板、复合土工膜、水泥砂浆、聚苯乙烯保温板等多种材料组成。渠道设计中为了计算渠道边坡的稳定性,通过室内摩擦试验、模拟现场试验测得了不同保温材料与基土、水泥砂浆(预制、现浇两种)、复合土工膜、混凝土之间等摩擦特性参数。对土工合成材料性能及其与基土、砂浆、混凝土之间的摩擦特性试验方法进行了简述,并对其摩擦特性试验成果进行汇总、分析。结果表明,通过室内摩擦试验测得的土工合成材料与各类基土和砂浆之间的摩擦特性指标可供渠道边坡设计参考使用。

Abstract:Channel lining structure of South-North water transfer is made up of concrete board,composite geomembrane,cement mortar,polystyrene insulation board and etc.For calculating the stability of channel slope,the friction coefficients of various heat insulator with from basic soil,cement mortar(cast on the site or precast),composite geomembrane to concrete are tested.The paper sketches performance of geosynthetics and experimental ways of frictional characteristics between it and basic soil,cement mortar & concrete,collects and analyzes experimental results of frictional characteristics.The results of indoor frictional experiment indicate that the frictional characteristics index on geosynthetics and various basic soil & mortar can be for reference of channel slope design.
