跨流域多水源联合调配供水研究

摘    要:针对邯郸市缺水所造成的地下水超采问题,该文以系统分析的思想为基础,在实现社会、经济、资源、生态环境协调发展,水资源可持续利用的前提下.以开采地下水量最小为目标,对区域多水源进行联合调配,该文对实际问题进行了分析计算,确定了区域多水源的最优调配方案.同时也找出了区域供需的主要矛盾,并提出了解决办法,其结果可以做为决策部门的参考依据.
