| 摘 要： | 论述了河北省水资源演变情势,阐明随着水资源量的减少和经济发展用水量的增加对水生态环境所产生的不良影响--环境干化、土壤沙化、水质污染加重、地质环境恶化等.据此,针对存在的水问题,从提高环境意识、加强水资源保护与管理、实施经济补偿等方面提出战略对策.

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the evolvement of Hebei Province water resources situation in detail, making clear the bad influence such as environmental anhydration, soil desertification, aggravating water pollution and deteriorating geologic environment on the Hebei water ecological environment from decrease of water resources and increase of water consumption together with economy development. On the basis of the discussion, some strategic countermeasures are put forth aiming at the water problems in existence from the aspects of enhancing environmental consciousness, strengthening protection and management of water resources, putting economic compensation into practice, and so on. |
