摘    要:预应力孔道通顺对施加设计预应力,保证箱梁灌造速度起着重要作用.从抽拔橡胶管材质及安装、孔道位置线型、端模安装、钢筋绑扎、混凝土振捣、拔管时间等多方面探讨了预应力孔道堵塞的原因,并提出了相应的处理措施,以期为实际施工提供指导.

Abstract:Duct fluent on the design of prestressed imposed to ensure the speed box made plays an important role.This paper from the rubber tube materials and installation of linear pore location,end-model installation,steel colligation,concrete shake,extubation time and other aspects discussed the duct blockage causes and appropriate treatment measures proposed to provide guidance for the actual construction.
