| Abstract: | The project of South-North water transfer is a large-scale water transfer with cross provinces and cities. Through the financial appraisal, financing scheme, price of providing water and withstanding ability of water users for water price are discussed. Through the national economy appraisal, it explains that the benefit for the project of South-North water transfer is remarkable and the project should be implemented as soon as possible. |
