| 摘 要： | 盘锦是国家首批重点防洪城市之一，历次洪水都造成了严重灾害，面对频繁的洪涝灾害，必须全力以赴做好防灾减灾工作。分析盘锦地区洪水的特点及防汛存在的问题，提出了防御洪水的应对措施。

| Abstract: | PanJin is one of the first key cities which need to control flood in China. Every flood occurred in this area has caused serious disasters. In the face of frequent flood, we must go to all lengths to do the work of disaster prevention and reduction. This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of flood in Panjin area as well as the main problems in flood con- trol. According to these problems, this paper suggests some countermeasures of flood prevention. |
