| 摘 要： | 介绍了柳州地区水资源承载力评价指标体系及模糊综合评价的数学模型,对各指标的可承载临界值和理想值进行了界定.评价结果表明,柳州地区除柳州市外,水资源有较大开发容量,水资源承载能力的潜力相对较大.要实现以水资源为基础的可持续发展,必须从采取合理利用本地水资源,加强全面节水战略的实施来提高水资源承载力.

| Abstract: | An introduction was made on the assessment index system and the arithmetical model of fuzzy comprehensive assessment for the carrying capacity of water resources in Liuzhou area.The critical and ideal values of all indexes were defined.The results of assessment demonstrate that the water resources of Liuzhou area,except Liuzhou city,have considerable development capacity,the carrying capacity of water resources is also relatively high.However,for sustainable development with water resources as basis,we must utilize regional water resources rationally and strengthen the implementation of overall water saving strategy to improve the carrying capacity of water resources. |
