| 摘 要： | 中小型水利工程建设的质量受多种因素影响，质量意识相对较低，针对质量控制的难点，应当提高工程前期工作质量，建立四方面的质量体系，强化施工管理，通过业主、监理、施工及政府有关部门四方共同的密切配合，确保工程质量。

| Abstract: | The construction quality of mid- and small-scale water conservancy project is influenced by many factors such as relative weak quality consciousness. In view of the problems of quality control, we shall improve the quality of preparation work, establish a 4-side quality system, strengthen construction management, and assure engineering quality with close cooperation of enduser, supervisor, construction contractor and government. |
