| 摘 要： | 通过对大王滩灌区运行与管理现状进行调查,介绍了灌区的基本情况和实行水利工程管理体制改革、水价改革和实施社会主义新农村建设后,大王滩灌区运行管理方面取得的成绩和存在的突出问题和困难,为进一步促进灌区今后的工作提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of operation and management current state for Dawangtan irrigation zone,the author introduced the general information of the irrigation zone,the achievements it made in operation and management as well as the existing problems after the water conservancy project administration system reform,water price reform and socialist new country construction,put forward suggestions for further improving the work of this irrigation zone. |
