| 摘 要： | 防城港市沿海基础设施建设大会战水利项目包括白石牙水库、长岐灌区干渠防渗加固扩能工程、企沙临海工业区供水管网工程等3个项目，项目的建设，不但构筑了防城港市水源供给体系、供水保障体系，而且也构筑了防洪保障体系、农村饮水安全保障体系、水资源的统一管理和保护体系。

| Abstract: | The three water conservancy projects listed into the great battle of coastal infrastructure construction include Baishiya reservoir; anti-seepage, reinforcement and expansion of trunk canal in Changqi irrigation zone; water supply network for Qisha coastal industrial zone. Their construction will constitute not only the water source supply system and water supply guarantee system, but also the flood control guarantee system, rural drinking water safety guarantee system, water resources unitary management and protection system. |
