| 摘 要： | 山东省枣庄市农田水利基本建设从建国初期到现在已形成相当规模,并在防洪减灾、农业灌溉、人畜饮水等方面发挥了一定的历史作用.由于长期存在管理滞后、资金缺位等问题,枣庄市大多工程不能充分发挥效益.通过对枣庄市农田水利的管理机制、资金投人、农民节水意识教育等问题的分析,并提出了未来枣庄市农田水利建设发展的对策和建议. |

| Abstract: | The farmland water conservancy infrastructure construction in Zaozhuang City of Shandong Province has taken a considerable scale since the founding of PRC,and has played a certain role in flood control,agricultural irrigation,drinking water of human and livestock etc.However,the capabilities of most projects fail to be brought into full play due to long-term backward management and insufficient fund.Based on analysis of the issues such as management system,investment and education of farmers’ water-saving conception etc.,the authors put forward countermeasures and suggestions for farmland water conservancy infrastructure construction of Zaozhuang City in the future. |
