黄河流域水污染危害调查及结果分析

摘    要:根据黄河流域水污染危害的界定 ,介绍其水资源价值损失、工业危害损失、农业危害损失、城镇供水损失、市政额外投资、水利工程及设施损失、渔业损失、人体健康危害与损失的量化模式。计算结果表明 ,2 0世纪 90年代末黄河流域 8省 (区 )水污染损失比例自上游至下游呈增大趋势 ,在 8种量化参数中 ,水资源价值损失、工业危害损失和人体健康危害与损失所占比例最大。

Abstract:A quantitative model is proposed for calculation of the losses caused by water pollution in the Yellow River Basin, including the losses in water resources, industry, agriculture, water supply for cities and towns, excessive municipal investment, water resources projects and facilities, fishery, and human health. The calculation shows that the ratio of harm of water pollution for the 8 provinces gradually increases from upstream to downstream in late 1990s, and of the 8 parameters, the losses in water resources, industry, and human health occupy the largest proportion.
