| 摘 要： | 从环境概念的本质进行分析,拓展认识和界定了水环境和水环境承载的内涵意义。基于水环境的水源、资源、纳污、生态等4个主要功能过程,兼顾考虑社会调节活动对水环境功能的影响,设计并构建了水环境承载的可持续性评价指标体系。指标体系以指数-指标-变量的分级框架模式,以1个指数、6个分类指标、36个表征变量评价区域水环境承载与经济社会荷载之间的相互关系。

| Abstract: | Based on the essence of the concept of environment,an extended definition of water environment and water environmental carrying capacity was put forward.Four main functional processes of water environment,including water sources,water resources,acceptance of pollutants,and ecology,as well as the influence of society regulation activities on water environment were taken into consideration in setting the sustainability indicators.Frameworks of the indicators were graded by indexes,indicators and variables.One index,six indicators and thirtysix variables were defined and selected to evaluate the relationship between water environmental carrying capacity and the social-economic stresses. |
