铜酞菁生产废水处理的试验研究

摘    要:提出一种通过沉淀氨吹脱二级沉淀A/O生化法处理酮酞菁生产废水的方法。研究了铜氨络合物、pH值、水温、SO2 - 4、生化条件等因素对处理效果的影响。试验证明 ,在消除铜氨络合物的影响后 ,采用二级沉淀可有效地回收金属铜及降低水中剩余Cu2 + 的含量 ,A/O生化法可最终保证出水达到国家排放标准。同时指出 ,所提出的处理工艺 ,在操作管理、处理效率、运行费用上都具有充分的可行性。

Abstract:A method is proposed for the treatment of copper phthalocyanine wastewater with the technique of physical chemical pretreatment and A/O biochemistry. The influences of some factors, such as cuprammonia compound, pH value, water temperature, SO 2- 4 , and biochemical condition, which affect the treatment result, are analyzed. The result shows that the removal of the influence of cuprammonia compound and the use of the second order deposition can effectively recover the metal Cu and decrease the concentration of Cu 2 , and that the A/O technique can finally guarantee the national discharge standard of the tail water. It is also pointed out that the present technique is feasible in operational management, treatment efficiency, and operational cost.
