江苏省淮河流域纳污能力浅析

摘    要:依据江苏省水功能区的水质保护目标要求 ,对现状水资源质量进行评价 ,结果表明 ,江苏省淮河流域最突出的超标污染指标为CODCr和NH3 N。用小型湖泊、水库纳污能力计算模型和中小河道纳污能力计算模型 ,对江苏省淮河流域部分湖泊和河道的纳污能力、污染物削减量、总量控制目标进行计算分析 ,并提出目标水平年的污染物削减量和污染物的入河控制量。

Abstract:The present water quality of water functional regions of Jiangsu Province is evaluated based on the objectives of water quality protection, and the results show that the main pollutants in the Huaihe River basin are COD Cr and NH 3 N. By use of the calculating models of pollutants bearing capacity for small lakes, reservoirs, and middle and small river channels, the pollutants bearing capacity, the amount of pollutants which must be reduced, and the objective of the total amount control of pollutants are calculated for some lakes and river channels in the Huaihe River basin in Jiangsu Province, and the amount of pollutants which must be reduced and the total amount control of pollutants discharged into rivers are derived for the target year.
