黄河断流对河口地区的影响及其对策

东营市地处黄河入海口，当地水资源贫乏，工农业生产和生活用水主要依赖黄河水。介绍了该区水资源的开发利用现状，调查分析了黄河断流情况及其对工农业生产、生态环境、黄河下游河道淤积的影响。针对黄河断流频繁、来水量减少、水供需矛盾突出的问题，提出了加强黄河流域水资源统一管理，大力建设平原水库等对策措施。

Impact of Zero Flow of the Yellow River on the Estuary Area and Countermeasures

Dongying City is located at the Yellow River mouth. Because of the shortage of local water re-sources,water supply for industry and agriculture and domestic water supply as well,mainly depend on the Yellow River. This Paper introduces the present development and utilization lf local water reslurces and analyses the impact of zero flow of the Yellow River on industrial and agricultural production,ecological environment and silting on the lower Yellow River. Consideration of the problems of frequent occurrence of zero flow of the Yellow River,decrease of coming water from the Yellow River and the the sharp sup-ply-demand eonflict,countermeasures are suggested, including enhancing management of water resoures of the Yellow River area and constructing plain reserviors.
