洪河国家级自然保护区水资源需求研究

摘    要:基于洪河国家级自然保护区水资源退化现状及湿地生态规律,认为洪河保护区水资源需求应从动态需求和静态需求两个方面来综合分析与计算。计算静态需求量时,视洪河保护区为一个平原水库,通过做出水位库容曲线,查出相对于原始状态保护区的静态需水量;计算动态需求量时,主要以湿地生态活跃期对水资源的动态需求过程为计算依据。通过分析计算,提出保护区维持现状和相对原始状态两种情况下的每年水资源动态需求量。

Abstract:In consideration of the present situation of water resources degradation and the ecological regularity of the wetland of the Honghe National Nature Reserve, it is considered that the calculation and analysis of the water resources demand of the Honghe National Nature Reserve should include two aspects, i.e. dynamic water resources demand and static water resources demand. For calculation of the static water resources demand, the Honghe National Nature Reserve is taken as a plain reservoir, and the static water resources demand, up to 170 million m 3, is derived for the original state of the reserve from the water level and storage capacity curves. The calculation of the dynamic water resources demand mainly depends on the water resources demand process of the wetland during the active period, and the calculated results are given as follows: to maintain the present situation of the reserve, the annual dynamic water resources demand should be 68 49 million m 3, 95 68 million m 3, and 119 82 million m 3 respectively for the high flow year, the mean flow year, and the low flow year; to restore the initial state, the values should be 98 76 million m 3, 119 95 million m 3, and 141 09 million m 3, respectively. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for formulation of a rational scheme for restoration of water resources for the Honghe National Nature Reserve.
