旱情评价综合指标研究

摘    要:以淮河流域为研究对象,分析各类型因素与旱情的相关性,确定主要影响因素降雨量、流量和蒸发量。建立旱情综合指标函数,根据降雨量、流量和蒸发量的资料,确定其各自影响旱情严重程度的权重系数,构造出综合干旱指标,以指标函数值对旱情进行分级,以等级来反映旱情的严重程度。

Abstract:By analyzing the relationship between drought and different factors, it was found that the main factors of droughts in the Huaihe River Basin were precipitation, runoff, and evaporation. Based on field data of the three factors and their weight coefficients, a comprehensive drought index has been developed. The comprehensive drought index can be used to classify drought and grade the drought intensity.
