| 摘 要： | 回顾了上海市引清调水工作开展情况,重点探讨了上海世博会期间及以后引清调水优化调度工作的总体思路和研究内容,并论述了上海市黄浦江、苏州河及其他重要区域引清调水的常规方案和应急预案,以确保实现河道水质保持稳定的目标,并根据这一目标,提出了相应的保障措施。

| Abstract: | Based on review of clean water diversion projects in Shanghai,the general concept and content of optimal operation of water diversion projects at the next stage are discussed with particular emphases.Regular and emergency schemes of water diversion projects concerning the Huangpu River,Suzhou River,and other important areas in Shanghai were discussed in order to realize the target of maintaining stable water quality in the rivers.Corresponding safeguard measures were presented according to the target. |
