小井沟水库副坝上游汇水导流至主坝下游的可行性论证与效益分析

摘    要:论证了从小井沟水库副坝上游汇水导流至主坝下游方案的技术和经济可行性,分析了该方案的环境效益与供水水质保证效益。结果表明,从小井沟水库副坝上游汇水导流至主坝下游的项目,技术上可行,并具有显著的经济效益与环境效益,可显著提高城市供水取水水质。

Abstract:This paper demonstrates the technical and economic feasibilities of the scheme for catchment diversion from upstream of the auxiliary dam of the Xiaojinggou Reservoir to downstream of its main dam. The environmental benefits of this scheme and the quality of supplied water are analyzed. The results show that the scheme is technically feasible, it has noteworthy economic and environmental benefits, and the quality of water supplied to the urban area can be significantly improved.
