摘    要:RVA法以水体天然状况为恢复目标,使用历史流量资料,从水文值大小、发生时间、发生频率、持续时间和变化率5个方面刻化人类活动干扰前后水体的水文特征值,据此建立河流流量管理模式,并可根据最新生态监测和研究结果对该模式进行适时调整。

Abstract:The Range of Variability Approach (RVA) method aims at restoring natural hydrologic regimes of water bodies. Hydrologic parameters of water bodies before human disturbance are described from five aspects, which are magnitude, time, frequency, duration and variance ration, based on historical stream flow records. A stream flow management system is developed, which can be revised according to new ecological monitoring and research information.
