滇池蓄清排污调度方案探析

摘    要:从分析滇池水量入手,考虑外流域引水和沿湖周边及下游工农业用水,结合滇池水域内外湖运行特征水位和水质差异特性,以及海口、西园隧洞排水口位置分布,研究通过蓄清排污非工程措施来改善滇池水环境的调度方案。通过对比蓄满外排和蓄泄结合两种调度方案,得出蓄泄结合方案的交换水量大、负面影响较小,该方案现状条件每年可交换水量1.30亿~4.38亿m3,2012年实施清水海(一期)、牛栏江—滇池补水工程后每年可交换水量3.42亿~7.41亿m3。从调水量大、草海运行水位变幅小和对湖周边用水、湖堤影响的角度考虑,推荐蓄泄结合的调度方案。

Abstract:A scheme of clear water storage and wastewater release for improvement of the water environment in Dianchi Lake was studied based on the characteristic operational water level and water quality difference, and the distribution of the drain position of the Haikou River and Xiyuan tunnel, with consideration of the inter-basin water transfer and industrial and agricultural water consumption around and downstream of Dianchi Lake. Two schemes, one of which is to fully store and then release, and the other of which is to store and discharge at the same time, were compared. The results show that the quantity of water exchange was excellent with fewer negative effects on the surrounding environment using the second scheme, which allowed a water exchange volume of 1.30 × 10^8m^3 to 4. 38 × 10^8m^3 under current conditions for each year. This volume will reach 3.42 × 10^8m^3to 7.41 × 10^8m^3 after the implementation of the Qingshuihai and Niulanjiang water filling project in water transferred, the insignificant variation of the operational water level influence on water use in surrounding areas, the second scheme is 2012. Considering the large amount of of Caohai Lake, and the low degree of recommended.
