摘    要:通过测定红枫湖水库底质样品中有机碳、总氮、总磷、氨态氮、有机氮和亚铁的含量,对红枫湖水库底质与湖泊富营养化的关系进行了评价分析。结果表明:有机质质量比平均值为38.43 g/kg,含量丰富;总磷质量分数平均值为0.140%,含量高且在湖中各点差异明显;湖泊底质氮质量分数为0.574%,总体偏高;总有机碳和总氮的相关系数r1=0.219(p0.05),相关性不显著,有机碳与总磷的相关系数r2=0.809(p0.01),具有显著相关性;底质有机指数较高;底质中碳氮比值表明其中的有机质主要来源于藻类等浮游生物,总氮和总磷主要来源于外源污染物的排入。

Abstract:By means of measuring the content of organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,organic nitrogen,and ferrous in the sediment of Red Maple Lake Reservoir,the relationship between the sediment and eutrophication was evaluated.The results showed that the average mass ratio of organic matter was 38.43 g·kg^-1,quite a high ratio;the average mass ratio of TP was high at 0.140%,and its value was significantly different at different monitoring sites of the lake;the average mass ratio of the nitrogen content in the sediment was 0.574%,and it was on the high side overall;the correlation coefficient between total organic carbon and total nitrogen was r1=0.219(p〉0.05),which was a not significant correlation,but there was significant correlation between total organic carbon and total phosphorus,with a correlation coefficient r2=0.809(p〈0.01);the organic index of the sediment of Red Maple Lake Reservoir was high;and the carbon-nitrogen ratio in the sediment implied that the organics were mostly input from plankton such as algae,which would mean that TN and TP mainly come from extrinsic pollutants.
