三峡梯级自动发电控制算法研究

摘    要:针对三峡梯级水电系统的特点和梯级自动发电控制(简称AGC)运行的实际要求,提出梯级、枢纽、母线三层负荷分配算法。采用坐标轮换方法求解出AGC优化运行的规律,进而引入基于葛洲坝电站的水位控制的AGC运行机制。针对三峡水电站梯级AGC的功率调节死区要求,给出了完整的实时厂内经济运行和梯级负荷分配算法,满足了AGC要求的实时性和梯级发电要求的经济性。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of Three Gorges cascade hydropower system and the practical demand of cascade AGC operation, the paper proposed a cascade-hinge-bus three leveled algorithm for load dispatch. An operation rule is induced by solving the problem with coordinate alternation method, and further, a control mechanism, which is based on the feedback of Gezhouba water level, is introduced in the AGC system. An adjustment algorithm is also provided corresponding with the dead zone demand of AGC.
