大峡水电站建设超前进行施工总体规划，利用三级网络计划进行工程进度控制，实施动态管理，并广泛采用新技术、新工艺，向科技要效益，注意组织好建设各方力量，协调好各方关系，共同创建了提前半年发电的建设高速度。

Progress control in the construction of Daxia Hydropower Project

In the construction of Daxia Hydropower Station,the overall construction plan was made ahead of time.The construction progress was controlled by using three level network plan,adopting dynamic management,and using new technologies and crafts.Meanwhile,the attention was paid to organize various construction units and coordinate their interests and relations so that the high speed construction could be reached.The generating unit has been put into operation a half year ahead of time by the concerted efforts.
