摘    要:水库调度自动化系统是电网调度自动化系统的一个重要组成部分,随着河流大规模梯级开发和水电站群逐渐投入运行,大型水库水电站群运行调度管理日趋复杂。分析新形势下水库调度所面临的主要问题和水调自动化系统的发展趋势,其主要表现在通用性、生态调度、风险决策、数字流域、智能专家系统、电力市场等方面。在总结传统水调自动化系统的弊端基础上提出新型水调自动化系统,设计了基本结构图和平台应用软件基本功能。
