高坝洲水电站水轮发电机组选型设计

摘    要:高坝洲水电站的水头范围为22.3-40m,水轮机参数有机组台数选择是通过对8个方案进行技术经济综合比较选出的,后又经过优化确定了招标参数,在招标阶段又经过模型试验最终选用ZZD231-LH-580型水轮机。水轮机的单机出力为85.8MW,额定转速为125r/min,额定流量为286.8m^3/s,额定效率为93.83%。发电机型号为SF84-48/9500,额定容量为96MW.A,功率因数0.875。对水轮发电机组也采用了一些新的结构和先进的加工方法。如40m水头的水轮机采用5叶片转轮,叶片采用数控机床加工,取消传统的叶片吊装开孔,采用预应力钢筋混凝土蜗壳等;发电机定子、转子均采用现场组焊、叠片,转子支架采用圆盘结构,上支架采用一种能将径向力转换为切向力的新结构等。机组各项指标性能优越,运行情况良好。

Abstract:The GHS has a water head range between 22.3 m and 40 m. The selection of hydro turbine type and the generating unit number is determined through the technical and economic comprehensive comparison among 8 alternatives and then the parameters were optimized. In the bidding stage, the model tests were made and then the turbine of ZZD231 LH 580 type was selected finally. The turbine has the output of 85.8 MW per unit, the rated rotation speed of 125 r/min, the rated discharge of 286.8 m 3/s and the rated efficiency of 93.83%. The type of power generator is SF84 48/9500, with the rated capacity of 96 MVA and the power factor of 0.875. Some new structures and advanced processing methods are also used in the hydro generator unit. For example, the turbine with the head of 40 m adopted the runner with 5 blades. The blade was processed with the digital machine tools. The traditional hoisting and boring of blade were given up. The pre stressed reinforced concrete spiral case was used. The stator and rotor of the power generator were welded and laminated in the site. The rotor's support uses a round dish structure and its upper support uses a new structure that can shift the radial force into tangential force. All the indexes of generator unit meet the contract requirements and the operation of the unit is in good conditions.
