聚乙烯管材在混凝土后冷中的应用

摘    要:在我国聚乙烯冷却水管的应用是从二滩工程开始的。聚乙烯冷却管的应用不仅能节省钢材,降低材料成本,更重要的是施工工序简单,且能与大坝混凝土浇平行作业,二滩拱混凝土施工中由于采用聚乙烯冷却水管,挽回了已损失的工期,从而在确保工程按期发电方面起到了十分重要的作用。

Abstract:In our country, the application of polyethylene cooling water tube is started in the construction of Ertan hydropower project. The application of polyethylene cooling water tube not only could save steel material but also could reduce the cost of materials. More importance is that it has simple construction procedures and could be constructed in parallel with the concrete pouring of dam. In the concrete construction of Ertan Arch Dam, the application of polyethylene cooling water tube retrieved the lost construction period, which plays very important role in ensuring the power generation in schedule.
