京南水电站贯流式机组的安装实践

摘    要:京南水电站装有2×345 M W 的贯流式机组, 机组及辅助设备均为奥地利引进的90 年代较先进产品。该机组的制造技术与安装工艺主要有如下特点: 水轮机转轮为缸动结构, 导水机构采用拐臂弹簧连杆装置, 发电机支架为整体结构, 定子分两瓣组装, 机组安装中采用多种专用安装工具, 以及发电机的抗腐蚀保护等。该机组的制造与安装质量总体是比较好的, 但在引进与安装过程中也存在一些问题, 其解决办法可供有关单位参考借鉴。

Abstract:The Jingnan Hydropower Station is equipped with 2 tubular turbines with the installed capacity of 34 5 MW each The turbine unit and its auxiliary equipment all are imported from Austria The main features of the manufacturing technology and installation techniques are as follows The runner of turbine is a cylinder driven structure The water guide mechanism adopts the vane arm spring connecting rod installation The support of power generator is an integral structure The stator is installed in half Many special tools have been used in the installation of the generating unit The anti corrosion protection for generator has been adopted The quality of the manufacture and installation of this generating unit is comparatively good in general but some problems are also existed in the import and installation processes Some relative parties for reference should also use the solution method of these problems
