水电站一次调频与监控系统有功功率调节协调控制建模与仿真

摘    要:针对四川电网水电站一次调频和监控系统有功功率调节之间的不协调问题,对控制系统各个环节进行建模仿真分析及验证,并提出一次调频与监控系统有功功率调节协调控制策略。在传统调速器系统建模的基础上,增加了监控系统的有功功率控制模型,对其中脉冲宽度调制模块及系统间的扫描周期精度问题进行了深入分析,发现监控系统和调速器系统的扫描周期不匹配会影响负荷调节精度,甚至出现脉冲信号丢失导致导叶拒动。在大网、小网不同控制模式下对提出的水电站一次调频与监控系统有功功率调节协调控制策略进行建模仿真,验证了控制策略的正确性。该方法已在四川部分水电站应用,测试表明优化后的协调控制逻辑能够满足相关标准规范及电网调度的要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the incoordination between the primary frequency regulation and the active power regulation of monitoring system of hydropower stations in Sichuan power grid,the system modeling and simulation analysis are carried out for each link of the control system,and a coordinated control strategy for the primary frequency regulation and the active power regulation of monitoring system is proposed.On the basis of the traditional governor system modeling,the active power control model of the monitoring system is added,and the pulse width modulation module and the scan period accuracy between the systems are analyzed in depth,and it is found that the mismatched scan periods between the monitoring system and the governor system will affect the accuracy of load regulation,and even the loss of pulse signal will cause the guide vane to refuse to move.The modeling and simulation of the proposed coordinated control strategy under large and small-grid control modes are carried out respectively and the correctness of the control strategy is verified.This method has been applied in some hydropower stations in Sichuan,and the actual tests have shown that the optimized coordinated control logic can meet the requirements of relevant standards and regulations and power grid dispatching.
