混凝土碳化对其强度测试影响的技术研究

摘    要:混凝土碳化是影响混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素之一。在对旧建筑物的鉴定加固过程中,常遇到碳化后混凝土的测强问题,利用非破损方法检测混凝土强度时引入碳化深度作为一个自变量参数的研究报道甚少。利用回弹法、取芯法等对混凝土进行测试,并引入碳化参数对测试结果进行分析,制定回弹法测强曲线,解决混凝土碳化对回弹法测强的影响,对于碳化后混凝土测强的研究和应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Concrete carbonization is one of the main reasons affecting structure durability of the concrete.Strength testing of the carbonization concrete is a common problem in the process of the reinforceing and appraisal for the old buildings.The reports which introduce the carbonization as an independent variable when using the non-damage method to test concrete strength are few.This article makes use of the rebound method and the core abstracting method to test the contrete,introduces the carbonization parameters,analyzes the testing result,establishes the rebound testing curve and solves the influence of the concrete carbonization on the rebound strength test.It is of referenced value to the research and application about the car-bonization concrete test.
