尼尔基水利枢纽工程环境保护及水土保持概述

为了切实开展环境保护与水土保持工作，加强制度建设和规范化管理，编制了《尼尔基水利枢纽工程施工区环境保护管理办法》、《尼尔基水利枢纽工程库区和移民安置区环境保护管理办法》，以明确业主、监理、承包商地方有关部门的职责，提出环保制度和要求；还编制了《尼尔基水利枢纽施工期环境监测评价实施方案》．并开展了全面的环境监测与水保工作，为工程建设创造了良好的环境条件。
