深圳抽水蓄能电站同步时钟系统应用研究与实践

摘    要:新能源项目设备高度自动化并具有分布控制特点,集中管理又需要将分布分散的多个控制系统用统一的时钟进行同步,以达到在事件顺序中相对准确记录动作的先后及时点的目的,一套性能优异的北斗卫星和GPS双冗余时钟源同步时钟系统对实现智能水电厂具有重大意义。从设计、优化和现场安装调试、投入使用等阶段,对深圳抽水蓄能电站同步时钟系统建设进行了论述。

Abstract:New energy project equipments are highly automated and have the characteristics of distributed control,and the centralized management needs to synchronize multiple distributed control systems with a unified clock to achieve relatively accurate recording of the sequence of actions in the sequence of events.A set of excellent Beidou satellite and GPS double redundancy clock source synchronous clock system is of great significance for realizing the intelligent hydropower plants.From the aspects of design,optimization,on-site installation and commissioning,and put into operation,the construction of the synchronous clock system of Shenzhen Pumped-storage Power Station is discussed.
