摘    要:电力系统的频率是评价电网安全运行的一项重要指标,电网频率与各电源电站发出的有功功率以及用电负荷所消耗的有功功率又具有非常紧密的联系。通过对电力系统频率调整原理的阐述,分析了小浪底水电站调速器在不同运行条件下的控制方法以及在不同控制方式下的频率调整功能,并重点阐述了小浪底水电站调速器在功率控制方式下频率影响功能实现的方法和原理。

Abstract:The frequency of power system is an important factor to evaluate the safety of power grid, the grid frequency is impact associated with the active power produced by every source power plant and the active power consumed by customer load. This paper analyzes the Xiaolangdi speed governor control modes under different conditions, the frequency adjustment functions at different control modes, the ideal of the frequency influence function in power control loop and the behaviors of speed governor.
