| 摘 要： | 龙滩水电站工程是国家实施西部大开发和西电东送战略的标志性工程。为确保施工区环境保护措施的实施,龙滩水电站施工现场引进了环保水保综合监理,并在实践中摸索出具有龙滩特色的监理模式,成效显著,为同类工程开展环保水保监理工作积累了经验。

| Abstract: | The Longtan Hydropower Station is an important one in the implementation of national Great Western Development and the Power Transmission Project from West to East. In order to ensure the implementation of environment protection measures, the Longtan Hydropower Station carried out the comprehensive supervision of environment protection and water-soil conservation.The supervision mode with Longtan characteristics is brought forward and take effect remarkably ,which accumulates experiences of environment protection and water-soil conservation supervision for similar hadropower projects. |
