小湾水电站工程水库建设征地移民工作综述

水库建设征地移民工作涉及自然科学和社会科学，对水库所涉及地方的社会稳定、经济发展和生态环境有重大影响，是水电站建设规模的制约因素之一；对评价水电站项目经济技术指标很重要，是电站项目建设成败的关键。为此．结合小湾水电站建设征地移民工作提出了一些需要思考和解决的问题。

A summary of land acquisition and resettlement for the construction of Xiaowan Hydropower Station

The land requisition and resettlement for the construction of reservoir involve in both natural and social sciences and have great influences on social stability, economic development and ecological environment in the area located in the construction of the reservoir, so that they are one of the factors restricting the scale of hydropower project, very important to evaluate the economic and technical indexes of hydropower project and are the key to the success or failure of the construction of hydropower project. This paper puts forward some problems to be considered and solved based on the practice.
