小湾拱坝混凝土材料及温控研究

摘    要:小湾拱坝最大坝高292m,混凝土通仓浇筑最大块长88m,混凝土原材料及温控设计是高拱坝关键技术之一。以科研及试验为基础,确定了“高强度、高极限拉伸值、中等弹性模量、低热、不收缩”的混凝土设计原则;以混凝土性能指标作为选择原材料的最终判据,提出了较优的混凝土配合比及原材料技术指标;采用ANSYS通用软件上二次开发的计算程序进行温度场及温度应力的仿真计算,提出温差标准、温控措施和要求,并得以实施和验证。

Abstract:The Xiaowan Arch Dam has a maximum height of 292 m and a maximum monolith length of 88 m.The design of concrete raw materials and temperature control are of the key technical elements of high arch dams.On the basis of research findings and test results,the design principle "high strength,high extensibility limit,moderate modulus of elasticity,low heat and no shrinkage" is determined.The program which was secondary programmed on the base of ANSYS software is used in temperature and temperature stress simulate computation.The Concrete temperature control standards,Concrete temperature control measures and demands are determined also justified in practice.
