抽水蓄能电站的电量效益

摘    要:在评价抽水蓄能电站电量效益时,不能简单地说是用4kW.h电量换了3kW.h的电量;低谷抽水用电实际是充分利用核燃料,减少水电弃水,不增加火电成本而增发的电量,因此抽水蓄能电站的电量效益应是其在尖峰时提供的峰荷电量。在计算电价时,应按有无抽水蓄能电站时电力系统平均电价做比较。与替代方案比较,兴建抽水蓄能电站是降低系统平均电价的重要措施。

Abstract:In the evaluation of electricity benef its from pumped storagepower plant, we could not simply consider that it uses the electricity of 4 kW.h to gain that of 3 kW.h. The power consumption for pumping water during the valley of power demand is to make full use of nuclear fuel and to reduce the surplus water of hydropower station and the thermal power cost. Therefore, the electricity benefits from pumped storage power plant should be the peak power supplied during the peak load. In the calculation of electricity price, it should consider the avera ge electricity price of power system with and without pumped storage power plant . Compared to the alternatives, the construction of pumped storage power plant is a key measure to reduce the average electricity price of power system.
