| 摘 要： | 根据层次分析理论,将抽象化的、难以定量测量的影响土坝安全的指标逐层分解为现代检测技术手段可以做出分析的各项指标,建立土坝安全病害缺陷指标评价的逐阶层次结构思路,提出一种不确定性数学的定性与定量相结合的模糊评估方法。该方法避免了在水库大坝安全评价中人为主观因素较大,分析评价不够确切,甚至出现误判的现象。
