某幼儿园隔震结构设计与抗震性能分析

摘    要:为了研究采用隔震技术的框架结构抗震性能,对隔震层位于地下室柱顶的某三层框架结构进行有限元数值模拟和动力时程分析.综合考虑隔震装置的布置、隔震支座的尺寸选取以及下部独立柱结构的加强等因素进行设计.分析结果表明:相比于非隔震结构,隔震结构在设防烈度7度(0.15g)中震作用下,上部结构层间剪力减震率均超过63%,上部结构最大位移角为1/503;在超烈度8度(0.20g)大震作用下,上部结构最大位移角为1/401,下部独立柱结构位移角1/3070,隔震层水平位移为限值的68.9%,上部各楼层加速度减震率也达到61.4%以上.工程设计与分析表明:在设防烈度中震作用下,隔震结构比抗震结构的周期延长4.02倍,减震效果显著,说明了较规则结构可以很好地发挥隔震技术优势;经过不断地设计优化,并进行超烈度地震作用的验算和论证,表明了隔震工程具备抵抗超烈度地震作用的能力(提高了1度),可以提高整体结构的抗震性能.

Design and Analysis of Seismic Performance of a Kindergarten Seismic Isolation Structure
Abstract:In order to analyze the seismic performance of frame structure with isolation technology,three-dimensional model and time-history analysis of the three-story frame structure kindergarten building with isolation layer on top of basement columns was developed.Some measures were also considered in the design,including optimizing the arrangement of isolation bearings,increasing the diameter of the isolation bearing and the stiffness and strength of the basement independent column.The computational results show that the damping ratio of the superstructure sheer is more than 63 % under 7 degree (0.15g) moderate earthquake and the maximum displacement angle of the superstructure is 1/503 under large earthquake.Under the large earthquake action of super intensity 8 degree (0.20g),the maximum displacement angle of the superstructure is 1/401;the displacement angle of the independent column is 1/3070;the horizontal displacement of the isolated layer is 68.9 % of the limit value;the seismic-reduction rate of the floor acceleration is 61.4 % or more.The engineering design and analysis demonstrate that under the effect of moderate earthquake of the fortification intensity,the period of the isolated structure is at least 4.02 times longer than that of the a seismic structure,which shows that the seismic isolation effect of the structure is very significant.Through the rational design and the calculation of the super-intensity seismic action,the seismic isolation project has the ability to resist the super-intensity seismic action (increased by 1 degree),and the whole structure has excellent seismic performance.
