某斜交梁桥荷载试验计算分析

摘    要:为检验某城市斜交梁桥的承载能力,了解该桥的工作性能,为其今后的正常运营和养护管理提供依据,结合该桥结构特点,特对其进行荷载试验。介绍了荷载试验的主要流程,通过有限元分析,将计算得到的挠度、应变与振频率等指标与实测值进行对比分析,结果表明该桥静载试验加载效率为0.96~1.03,满足规范0.95~1.05之间的规定;截面最大相对残余为13.87%,满足强度要求;桥梁横向、纵向挠度试验值均包络于计算值内,即均在正常范围内;应变增大系数处于1.027~1.048之间,均小于规范取值1.050;测试截面一阶竖向自振频率为4.541 Hz ,与理论值4.97 Hz 相差不大;试验结果满足正常使用要求。该桥工作状态良好,可以投入正常使用。

Abstract:In order to test the bearing capacity of a skew bridge and understand its working performance ,this research carried out the load test ,through finite element analysis ,the calculated deflection ,strain ,vibration frequency and other indicators and the measured values were compared and analyzed ,results showed that the bridge static load test loading rate was 0 .96 ~ 1 .03 and 0 .95 ~ 1 .05 ,which meet the standard section ;the maximum relative residual is 13 .87% , and meet strength requirements ;bridge transverse and longitudinal deflection test values were calculated on the envelope , which were in the normal range .The strain increase coefficient is in the range of 1 .027 ~ 1 .048 ,less than the standard value of 1 .050 ,a test section order vertical vibration frequency is 4 .541 Hz ,which is similar to the theoretical value 4 . 97 Hz .The test results meet the requirements of normal use ,the state of the bridge is good ,and can be used normally .
