| 摘 要： | 概述了综合评价方法理论的发展历程及最新进展,总结了目前综合评价方法及其在监测系统综合评价应用中存在的问题,提出了监测系统综合评价方法的选择原则。简要分析了各种综合评价方法的优缺点和适用条件、论述了监测系统综合评价的指标及权重的特点,以模糊综合评价方法为例,提出了监测系统综合评价的思路和评价模型。
