瓦斯隧道塌方处理关键技术研究

摘    要:由于煤属于软岩,强度较低,容易塌方,且塌方后大量瓦斯涌出,容易引起火灾等工程事故,所以瓦斯隧道的塌方处理水平要求更高。以蛟岭隧道为例,针对施工过程中遇到的涌水、煤层段、瓦斯等工程地质问题以及隧道左线ZK83+058~ZK83+400和右线YK83+044~YK83+250软弱煤系地层出现的塌方,重点研究了在处理塌方时瓦斯的测定,通风设计,煤与瓦斯的防突防爆及气密性混凝土性质。得到在塌方处容易积聚瓦斯、采取超前注浆止住瓦斯渗出和辅料与硅灰双掺作为气密性混凝土在防止瓦斯渗漏具有良好的作用。此结论为公路瓦斯隧道塌方和防治提供技术参考。

Abstract:The collapse treatment in a gas tunnel is more difficult for soft coal and a lot of gas which would cause many accidents such as fire hazard and so on.Here,talking Jiaoling Tunnel for example and according to such engineering geological problems as water leakage,coal seam,gas and so on during construction as well as the collapses taken place in the soft coal seam strala from 83058 to 83400 meters in left line and from 83044 to 83250 meters in right line of Jiaoling Tunnel,the research of collapse treatment is mainly focused on gas monitoring,ventilator designing,extruding and explosion prevention of coal and gas,and properties of air-sealed concrete.It is concluded that the gas is easily accumulated in collapse positions and it is better to employ the grouting technology and gas-proof concrete with silicon,which could provide technology references for collapse treatment and precaution of gas tunnels.
