烧结砖瓦再生骨料级配对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过对废弃烧结砖瓦再生骨料混凝土在单向受压条件下的力学性能试验,研究废弃砖瓦骨料不同级配对再生混凝土受压力学性能的影响规律,分析直接拌合与用相同水灰比的水泥浆搅拌后拌合两种不同方法分别对再生混凝土强度的影响,通过对比筛选出适合推广使用的再生砖瓦骨料的最优级配粒径范围及拌合方法。

Abstract:By means of mechanical testing for the recycled aggregate concrete of waste fired bricks and tiles under uniaxial compression,tie influence laws of different gradations of the aggregate on compressive mechanical properties of recycled concrete are studied,the impacts on strength of the recycled concrete are analyzed for two different methods such as direct mixing and mixing after slurry mixing with the same water-cement ratio,and through comparing,the optimal size grading range and mixing method of the recycled brick aggregate are selected which are suitable for application and dissemination.
